After purchase, you’ll receive a worksheet to fill out so I can better understand current challenges, sensory sensitivities, triggers, routines, stressors, environments that feel overwhelming, regulation patterns and what has or hasn’t worked in the past.

Using your responses, I’ll create a detailed customized action plan tailored specifically to your (or your child’s) needs. Your plan may include sensory supports, nervous system regulation tools, calming routines, grounding techniques, environmental adjustments, recovery strategies after overstimulation, emotional regulation tools, burnout prevention support, crystal recommendations, holistic supports and practical lifestyle suggestions designed to help reduce overwhelm and improve overall regulation.

Your completed action plan will be emailed directly to you.
