After purchase, you’ll receive a worksheet to fill out so I can better understand current challenges, sensory preferences, routines, stressors, triggers, goals and what has or hasn’t worked in the past.

Using your responses, I’ll create a detailed customized action plan tailored specifically to your (or your child’s) needs.  Your plan may include nervous system regulation tools, sensory supports, grounding techniques, routines, emotional regulation tools, burnout prevention strategies, calming practices, crystal recommendations, holistic supports and practical lifestyle adjustments designed to help reduce overwhelm and improve overall regulation.

Your completed action plan will be emailed directly to you.
