What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle energy practice that helps the body relax, rebalance and support its healing processes. When we’re stressed or overwhelmed, our nervous system can stay stuck in ‘fight or flight.’ Reiki helps the body shift back into a calmer state so it can naturally regulate and restore balance.

How Reiki Can Help

People often use Reiki to support stress relief, emotional balance, better sleep, mental clarity, physical relaxation and overall well being.

What Happens During a Distance Session

When you're ready, you can relax somewhere comfortable for 30 minutes. You can lie down, sit comfortably, listen to music or even nap. There’s nothing you need to do, just relax while the Reiki session is sent.

Common Experiences

Everyone experiences Reiki a little differently. Some people feel warmth or tingling, some feel very relaxed or sleepy, and others simply notice a sense of calm or clarity afterward.
