Regulation & Support Programs

A personalized 5 or 14 week support program designed to help children and their families feel more balanced, supported and understood through ongoing energetic insight, nervous system support and personalized tools.

This program is focused on tracking progress over time rather than offering only a single session. Together we monitor emotional regulation, energetic balance, stress patterns, communication shifts, grounding and overall nervous system support while adjusting recommendations as needed throughout the process.

The 5 Week program includes 2 personalized 45-minute sessions a 30 minute goal/progress session held through Google Meet over the course of 5 weeks, along with a final 30 minute Progress Evaluation Session focused on reviewing overall improvement, identifying patterns and creating personalized next steps to help maintain and continue progress moving forward.

Each session includes:
• An intuitive energetic evaluation with detailed chakra and energy notes
• Personalized recommendations and supportive tools
• Measured progress tracking between sessions
• Adjustments and next steps based on your child’s current needs
• Detailed written notes after each session
