Free Session

This is a distance remote session where I tune into your child’s energy and focus on helping release built-up stress and supporting emotional regulation.

Your child doesn’t need to be present, but are more than welcome to join the session. I complete the energy work ahead of time and then at your scheduled time we’ll connect through Google Meet to go over everything I received (messages, images etc.) along with patterns I picked up on and practical ways to help support your child.
