One Month of Daily Immediate Calming Reiki

This service was created to provide gentle energetic support during moments of overwhelm, emotional dysregulation, meltdowns or shutdowns.

You will receive a clear quartz crystal in the mail that has been intentionally programmed with Reiki energy specifically for your child’s unique energetic and nervous system needs. Before shipping, I spend time intuitively connecting with your child’s energy so the support feels personalized and aligned to them.

This crystal has been programmed with Immediate Calming Reiki designed to help during moments of overwhelm, dysregulation, anxiety, emotional overload, or meltdowns. The energy is intended to gently support the nervous system and create a sense of grounding, safety, and emotional reset. Each session is designed to provide 7 minutes of Reiki and may be used up to 3 times a day, allowing for 21 minutes of Reiki support daily for 30 days.

This crystal is programmed for 30 days because, over time, the crystal begins imprinting more deeply onto your unique energy and frequency. As your connection with the crystal strengthens, my energetic imprint naturally fades so the crystal can become more personally aligned to you and your needs.

Around the 30 day mark, the crystal has usually adapted enough to your energy field that it becomes more beneficial for you to begin setting your own intentions with it directly.

To activate the Reiki, hold the crystal and state your intention out loud or internally. Example intentions may include:
• “I would like to receive Immediate Calming Reiki now.”

The energy is designed to work gently and supportively, helping create a calmer emotional and energetic state without force or pressure.

After 30 days, continue cleansing and working with the crystal regularly while setting intentions that match your current emotional and energetic needs.
