This section is about understanding what’s underneath those unwanted habits or reactions and learning practical ways to begin shifting them.

We’ll work on creating more awareness, making different choices and building new responses that shift undesirable behaviors into appropriate ones.

Free Intro Class

Is there a behavior your child keeps repeating that you’re not quite sure how to handle?  We’ll talk about looking beyond the behavior itself, what your child may actually be communicating and some simple ways you can begin responding differently.

Group Session

Let’s take a closer look at those behaviors that leave you wondering, What do I do with this?! We’ll explore what may be underneath the behavior and different tools you can use to shift how you respond, support your child and start creating change.

5-Week Group Development

Ready to really work on it? Over five weeks, we’ll go deeper into understanding your child’s behavior, recognizing what may be contributing to it and practicing different approaches you can use at home.

The goal isn’t just to stop a behavior—it’s to better understand what’s behind it and find ways to support your child while creating changes that work for your family.
